Bruce completed a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Pedagogy from Brigham Young University, a Master's in Teaching from Stanford, and a Doctorate in International Educational Leadership

 from the Univeristy of Minnesota.

 He has worked with students, parents, and teachers in Paraguay, El Salvador, Mexico, New Zealand, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Kiribati and the United States, as well as helped Somali and Hmong refugees.  

As he watched, listened, learned, he found the

Khai Learning pattern to simplify the many cognitive learning theories."It just makes sense..."  

 Bruce now works as Chief of Staff in a fast growing technology company where Khai Learning is a part of industry.

He is married to Sarah, and they are the parents of five daughters, who continue to provide him with "ah-ha" moments.
